Mark a place and find reminders#

Project tools brings together bookmarks, reminders, snippets and an import map. Use current position adds a source reference; give it a name, path and line. When text moves, a bookmark tries to find it again and reports when it opens the nearest available position.

Scan reminders searches markers in saved file text, including strings and documentation. Filter by type, text or path. Unsaved edits are not part of the scan.

Turn a fragment into a template#

The snippet draft survives panel changes, but completion uses the saved version. Review the content before reusing a template containing credentials or project-specific data.

  1. Create a New snippet and choose its name, prefix and extensions.
  2. Write the template with its editable fields and review the preview.
  3. Save it, invoke it with Ctrl+Space in the project and use Tab between fields.

console.log("${1:label}", ${2:value});

Read the import map#

Analyze imports examines local JavaScript/TypeScript sources, showing dependencies, importers of the selected source and cyclic groups. Results concern the scanned files; dynamic imports or unresolved references require separate review.
