Explore and query
Explore tables and relationships, write queries with SQL completion and parameters, and browse paginated results.
Connections & queriesTHE PRODUCT
Code Weaver brings together the tools you use to write, understand, verify and maintain a project. See what they do and how they connect in real work.
Start with the manual01 / CODE & CONTINUITY
An editor with syntax highlighting, local completion and language tooling. Project search, symbols, definitions, refactoring and formatting help you navigate a growing codebase.
Frequent autosave preserves edits. If a file also changes outside the IDE, you can compare versions; local history and drafts help you recover your work.
02 / DELIBERATE VERSION CONTROL
Review changes and choose which files, hunks or lines to include in a commit. Browse history, use stashes and switch branches.
Work on multiple branches with worktrees and preview cherry-pick, revert and rebase operations. Git uses the credentials already configured on your PC.
03 / THINKING IN CONTEXT
Move between full and side-by-side chat while preserving your draft and active turn. Explicitly attach files, selections and images; organize conversations with tags, folders and branches.
Choose the model and effort for the task and decide how much autonomy to give the assistant. Review proposed changes and use checkpoints to return to an earlier version.
Your Codex, on your PC. The assistant uses Codex installed on your PC with your personal access. Requests are processed online by OpenAI and follow your plan’s limits. A ChatGPT subscription and API credits are not included in your Code Weaver subscription. How it works →
04 / DATA IN THE PROJECT
SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, SQL Server and Oracle. Schemas in the sidebar, SQL in the editor, results where you choose.
Explore tables and relationships, write queries with SQL completion and parameters, and browse paginated results.
Connections & queriesEdit data in supported grids, review your changes and confirm them with transactions.
Transactions & parametersMap columns during import, export results and compare schemas to prepare migration scripts.
Import & export05 / APIS TO EXPLORE
Collections and folders, environments, variables and authentication. Prepare a request in the builder or keep a .http worksheet beside your sources; inspect response, headers and timings.
Import Postman collections, chain requests with assertions and work with WebSocket, SSE, GraphQL and OpenAPI specifications.
06 / RUN & UNDERSTAND
Run commands in the terminal, save profiles for recurring tasks and move from test results to the debugger in the same workspace.
PowerShell, tabs, persistent directories and external Windows Terminal.
Sequential/parallel profiles, results, failures and supported coverage.
Node, browser, .NET, Java and PHP/Xdebug, with runtime-specific launch or attach.
CPU, allocations and memory for a program started for a bounded capture.
TODOs, bookmarks, snippets and local import maps.
07 / A PERSONAL WORKSPACE
Docked panels, tab groups, split editors and detached windows. Bring attention back to what matters and retain layouts for different tasks.
Code Wave, light, sepia and dark. Independent sizing and searchable shortcuts let you personalize the workspace without losing open work.
